I had a problem with the first one I was sent, I know things happen that items will have a problem, Bradford Exchange read my revue and corrected it with out me having to contact them, now that is good business. Awful. I spent years wanting this just for it to come in with the image crooked, the feathers glued way off from where they were supposed to be on the frame and the arrowheadfeatureto be so poorly strung. I thought I would be the size of their other dreamcatchers but it's much smaller. I can't believe I paid anything for this, let alone $100. I feel so disappointed. When I emailed customer support I've not heard anything back and it has been well over a week. I'm so completely and utterly disappointed in this purchase....

Pieces were glued together with what looks like a hot glue gun. So much so that glue is peeling off the product. I thought it would be a lot better quality for the price.

This was by far the worst dream catcher I have ordered. It broke as soon as I took it out of the box. Looks cheaply made and I could see the glue all on the side. I returned this asap and will never order again. Definitely not worth the price

I never got this, I got 2 dallas cowboy wine glasses(not ordered) no invoice in box..can't call out of usa on my I phone, per post office unable to do customs paper to send back to NSW, Austrailia. Am really disappointed at this point .

The product took approximately 4 weeks to reach me. It stopped working after 24 hours of having it. It's an overpriced piece of junk. I will never order from this company again.
