When it lights up. It shows only around the rim. Not in the Picture itself as thought. So very disappointing. When I wanted the Picture to Light up too. Not the Rim.

I was extremely disappointed With the product as it looks cheap and totally plastic. I thought I ordered one snd not a “series” and gave the one as a gift to my sister-in-law who love wolves and that “look”. She loved it but upon using it was extremely disappointed with the lighting. When I received the next one I thought it was a duplicate, and after the third I called. This is when I found it was a series. While I didn’t return the first, which seemed like a poor value, I definitely didn’t want a second snd third. I was supposed to get a return label which I don’t have and will re-request.

The beads were not the same color as in picture shown. I still like this product but honestly a little disappointed also came with glue still stuck to it so i had to peel that off. I would also say the backlighting does not illuminate the painting which is a little upsetting.Also the arrowhead is plastic thought it would be a real stone.I do appreciate the beauty of this and the painting so i wont be returning . Update: I was charged another 100$ for what ? So disappointed sending back

Product was defective, or not what picture/ description depicted. None of the picture lit up showing all of the beautiful colors. VERY disappointed. I returned the product for refund. The wolf waterfall I ordered in December was beautiful and I am very happy with it. I got so many compliments on it. Have purchased from company in past and was happy with purchases, but not the wall decor. It was a lot smaller than I expected too.

this was a gift. it was very well liked and I was told the only thing lacking was an on off switch. I was told it is hanging where it can always be seen.
