The final product was so disappointing. The stones did not show nice at all. Could not even see the one so it didn’t look like the pic I purchased from. Tried to attach photo but wouldn’t let me. I’ve ordered items before and was never disappointed. My daughter will appreciate it no matter what, but no where near as nice as the daughter’s bracelet. Also, you should have mentioned that the sizing runs small. I ordered a 6, she is a 6, and it fits me and I’m a 5! So how do I get a bigger size?

I would like to give a good review but I can't. Too many problems with this order. I chose the wrong birthstone on the first order but was able to cancel and reorder with the correct stones. I still have not received a refund on my credit card nor have I been able to get any satisfaction from customer service. I've been charged before the item shipped and lied to about policies concerning charges to my card. Even after giving all the information required I have not received my money for my canceled order or my merchandise from the second order. This has been a terrible experience that I will not have again with this company. Good luck getting your order right and even more if it needs to be returned or getting a refund. Now I have to involve an attorney over $113.09 stolen from me by this company.
