The product is substandard in quality. The assembly is of very low standards. The presentation gives an unbalanced display. The figurine is unable to maintain its position because of a very weak magnetic feature.

A deceitful pop up enticed me to make another purchase, as it was attached to the original purchase and stated all shipping was free. I ordered another thinking the shipping on the previous three would be free. It wasn’t. I then told them to cancel the fourth order, which they didn’t. Looks cheap in person, definitely not worth the money I paid for it. All pictures are stamped on, Clara wobbles and looks like will fall off the stand. I would not pay more than $19.99 if I actually saw this in person. Very disappointed.

The egg stays slightly open. The ballerina does not spin and the magnet that affixes her is not strong. She falls off. For the price I expected more.

The inside figurine of Clara is supposedly held in place by a magnet, but if you turn it over to wind, the figurine falls out. At least this one can be heard.

Sent back for replacement due to missing paint & glaze on portions of the base. I was not expecting a removable Clara. I did not notice that in the description; personally think it detracts from its value. Had it not been incompletely painted, I would have rated it 5 stars.
