I ordered two different of these eggs. They were not as fine a quality as I had expected. Plus I had paid extra for expedited shipping which would have them arriving the Wednesday before Christmas. However, they did not arrive until the Tuesday after Christmas. I returned them.
Great product for anyone who likes musical eggs.

The quality would be better if Clara spun around or even stayed on the pedestal. She falls off easily.
I am disappointed that the figure doesn't work when you wind up and listen to the music. It's a music box. It is to small poorly 🎨. Not worth the price 😢

I was disappointed that the egg didn’t open automatically & that Clara doesn’t dance. The actual piece is very pretty but I won’t purchase another one because of the reasons I stated above.

Granddaughter loved it also as a ballet dancer.
I don't have a problem with this product. The major problem I have with the Bradford Exchange is the fact that they don't give you shipping information so you can track packages. Thus, you never know when to expect the packages.
Disappointed in the quality of the piece. Beautiful painted pictures and details; however, the fake gold trim is poor quality (even though it's supposed to be 22K gold). The legs are already a brassy orange-gold color and don't match the gold trim they're attached to, while the gold with the fake diamonds lining the opening of the egg is already tarnishing towards black. Also, the gold trim piece along the top of the bell-shaped bottom piece doesn't lay flat.
It is beautifully made. It is exactly like the picture. Packaging was very protective.
No wings, doesn’t spin, and music barely plays.

This is the first thing I've been disappointed in from Bradford Exchange. The "simulated gems" are dull and foggy and look beyond cheap. Clara is held on loosely by a magnet and wobbles if the egg is slightly moved (you have to manually open and close the egg). I was also under the impression that Clara would turn when the music played, but she does not. When the egg is closed there is a fairly large gap between the two halves. This looks like something I could have purchased from a chain hobby store for a third of the price.

I have not received it and the USPS states it has not been received from UPS mail innovations. Last update was on 12/10/2022 at 1:33pm and no updates since then.

The ballerina does not go around. The egg doesn’t open enough. It’s the first product I’ve ordered from you that I was dissatisfied with. How do I return it???
