Did not think it was worth the money I had thought that it opened up and the ballerina would the ballerina wood tour the ballerina is held on by a magnet which is unsturdy was not happy with it and plan on returning.

It was so small and the ballerina teeters on a magnet. The ballerina does NOT twirl. I was extremely disappointed. I bought it for my granddaughter as a keepsake because she is taking ballet lessons. Not worth the money.

Did NOT receive the egg (Clara and the Nutcracker) that I ordered, instead I was sent a black one with a nutcracker only inside...and got no reply from the company when I asked them to fix the problem.

Not at all a fan, My wife had an older egg from you and same artist but the quality is so far worse than before, I doubt I will ever order from you again, and no this is not my first. The egg is about and inch to 1 1/2 inches smaller, the center piece is held on VERY VERY LOOSLY by a damn magnet the old one was attached permanently. The detail if far far worse and I am so dissappointed, I thought I was getting the wife a nice matching egg and instead I got what looks like a VERY CHEAP IMATATION, I am not a happy shopper and I will post this everywhere I can, YOU should be ashamed of yourself, YOUR COMPANY USED TO MEAN SOMETHING NOW IT'S TRASH

The nutcracker egg i bought was very beautiful. However it was extremely tiny. I believe if it were at least an i ch or 2 larger it would have been a better value. I bought it as a gift, and it was loved.
