I believed what I was getting was a fully automated egg and dancer. Instead, you have to open the egg yourself and the dancer is just stuck on with a magnet. She does not turn. The egg is pretty, but I was going to give this as a gift and now I will not because it is disappointing. Seems like it would have been so easy to create a better product where at least the dancer spins.

I didn’t think it was worth the price. Trying to return the products is very complicated and time consuming. I haven’t yet accomplished it yet.

If I could give this product zero stars I would. What a joke. What a waste of money. And this company never responded to my requests for a return and a refund. This is ugly. Nothing like the picture. Mine shipped in just the inner styrofoam…. NO BOX!!!!!! It’s missing gems, it doesn’t close or line up properly, the pictures are blurry and poorly screen printed. It looks like something you find at a dollar store.

Had to assume dance figurine would turn when the music box played. Does not, and appears that it was never meant to. Very disappointed. Considering the cost, this is a substandard value. Returning it for credit.

It is beautiful. However It comes in two pieces and the piece of Clara does not fit on the pedestal in the egg and falls over. Was not worth the price of the piece.

I’m really disappointed in the Nutcracker musical egg. Not even close to what I was expecting. The hype that Bradford Exchange makes on their products. It was a big letdown when I received it. I will be sending it back for a full refund. It makes me think twice before I buy anything from them.
