THE ZIPPER WOULD NOT WORK ALL THE TIME. i ORDER THIS AND A WALLET lOVE THEM TO REPLACE A SET THAT i HAD FOR A LONG TIME AND JUST WORN THEM OUT. WHEN I TOLD MY DAUGHTER THAT I ORDER A NEW SET AND THAT THE ZIPPER WAS BAD ON THE PURSE SHE ORDERED ME A NEW PURSE FOR MOTHER'S DAY! iI LOVE THE DESIGN AND CARRIED THE OLD PURSE FOR OVER 10 YEARS I FELT I NEEDED TO REPLACE IT AS IT WAS GETTING FRAID AND LOOKING SAD SO I ORDERED A NEW ONE AND WAS VERY DISAPOINTED THAT THE ZIPPER WOULD NOT CLOSE ALL THE TIME. I LOOK FORWARD TO MOTHERS DAY TO GET THE NEW PURSE FROM MY DAUGHTER EVEN WITH IT BEING THE SMALL VERSIION. THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP IN THIS MATTER..PAT PASCA'E

I ordered the Tails tote bag for my daughter. I knew it would be perfect for her and she would love it. It came quickly as promised. The quality is great. My daughter is just love it. This was a great purchase.

This is the 4th one of the exact same tote I have purchased. The handles wear out more quickly than the rest of the tote. My previous one the metal divits on the bottom fell off.

A very nice purse. However, it’s larger than I thought and a but heavier but fits everything I need and then some. I like that both carry handles and a shoulder strap are included.

Such a great style. Many useful pockets. PVC faux leather could look better. Price outrageous. You can get an all leather(real) Portland Leather bag for much less.

I love this purse and matching wallet so much; this is the third one I've owned over the past 20 years! I always get great compliments on it, and always tell people I got it from the Bradford Exchange (as well as mentioning all the great items I've ordered from B.E.). "Merry Christmas to ME!"

It should have come with a paw chain but it did not I think Bradford exchange is getting greedy too much money for shipping and handling and they can't even send the paw chain that came with the picture I'm done with Bradford exchange they've gotten too cheap
