It is exactly as it was advertised. It's beautiful, cute and spacious. It is well-made and sturdy as I am using it for work. I am a vegan and it is not made of leather which was very important to me. I would highly recommend it if you love cats, books and want a cruelty-free, well-made tote bag.

The only problem I have with the item is that there is nothing to attach the shoulder strap to, so it can only be carried by hand. It comes with a shoulder strap, but no way to use it. And it's a bit smaller than I thought it would be. Added photos of the shoulder strap it came with and the inside of the bag where hooks should be to attach strap to.

I never received the order. Tracking states it has been shipped back to the sender. After waiting and waiting and seeing it finally reach my city, the package has now been sent back with no explanation as to why. This has been an incredibly disappointing experience. Haven't seen a refund for it yet either. I will be following up in that.

How roomy it is inside. When I’m shopping & have small purchases, I can put them, in the bag & not have to pay a retailer their bag fee. Especially when, I have forgotten to take a bag, with me.

I will be returning this product. It was too large for my needs and the description didn't match the size that I received. Also, I could not see how the shoulder strap that was enclosed was supposed to be attached. It was a lovely purse but too large for my needs.
