The characters are faded colors
I love it! Wish it were bigger.
I bought 2 clocks. One was great. The other was broke. I sent it back and am hoping that it's just as easy to exchange my product as it was to buy it originally.
The spinning wheel on Maleficent is peeling off. It looks like the Evil Queen’s chest is cracked and there appears to be glue protruding from Jaguar’s beard. And even though the volume is turned all the way up it sounds like a 1970’s record is playing the music. I was expecting way better quality for the price I paid.

The clock was cheaply made. It arrived broken. You could see all the wires. For the price of it, it definitely looks cheap

This is such an unique clock. The mirror shows the evil queen on the hour and then she disappears. It’s absolutely beautiful.

When I got thru the mail captain hooks hat was completely broke off so since it was a Xmas gift and didn't have time to return it I had to super glue together

It's a stunning piece! The paint is great, the lights are bright and vivid, and it sounds amazing. My only wish is that you could mute the sound completely and maintain only the lights on the hour.
