Theoretically great product.. but if you receive a previously opened box, slightly damaged and certificate missing ( after all, its a collectors item) you are disappointed. And since you paid for express handling and shipping extra, and the stated date for delivery wasnt met either, and now i should wait up to 30 days for return to be processed and THEN they will send out another one? Extremely poor business tactics...

I have written you two requests for info on billing and have yet to receive a response. I tried initially to pay the total bill on a credit card, only partial payment ad well as the dumbledore/fawkes figure I ordered where is the invoice and where is the other figure? I had anticipated purchasing additional items from your organization but have recieved no responses so I am reluctant to attempt any further purchases.
