Great Christmas gift for a Ghostbusters fan.

I love this Ghostbusters clock. It is a great looking design, very detailed, and is definitely a classic. The Ghostbusters theme music is a great and the volume can be adjusted which is a nice feature. The cuckoo clock is pricey but I did not hesitate to purchase it because it is so cool- looking. It is not technically a cuckoo clock because the hanging weights are only decorative. But that doesn't really matter; the amount of details on the clock are fantastic and it doesn't take away from the overall design at all. I ended up returning the item because the clock mechanism did not work at all. It was not damaged in shipping; the box was perfectly intact. This was an assembly issue. It was not easy to get through to customer service to initiate the return. The first time I called the customer service line was around 1500 CST the day after the clock arrived. I got an automated message saying that they were closed and to try my call the next day. I called the next morning around 900 CST and that time I got an automated message offering to have a representative call me back, instead of me having to wait on hold. I selected that option and the day ended without me ever getting a return call! The next day I called back first thing in the morning, but I stayed on hold and didn't select the call- back feature. I waited a whopping 1 hour and 37 minutes before a representative answered the line, which is what I have experienced with calling the IRS or other government offices, never a retail establishment. I was emailed a postage label so I didn't have to pay to return the defective item. During that conversation, I asked the representative to charge my card for another clock to replace the one I was returning, and to send it immediately . Because the stock was low, I really wanted to make sure I got another before they ran out. The representative took all my credit card information and said they processed the replacement order, but I never got any email confirmation or saw that reflected in my online account information. The only thing I did see that my return was received. The day after that, I got a credit for my original purchase only. I guess the Bradford Exchange doesn't want my business after all. The bottom line is that the Ghostbusters clock is a beautiful and expensive item that should work, and it didn't. More disappointing though was the extremely poor customer service and the company's inability to solve the very simplest of problems: promptly respond to their customer to make a situation right and immediately replace an item, as requested. They did everything possible to lose this sale, from the unacceptably long wait time on the phone, to not sending the replacement clock that I requested. I wish things had turned out differently because the clock looks fantastic and I really wanted it. Regretfully, though, I do not think I'll be ordering anything more from this company.

The coolest cuckoo clock I've ever seen. I bought it for my husband who is a big ghostbusters fan. And he loves the gift so much. Very happy customers.

I absolutely love this clock, I think it is fantastic and VERY WELL made. However, to give it the name of a cuckoo is misleading as it does not have a pendulum that moves nor moving parts that mark the hour. If it had simply been called a ghost busters chiming clock I would have given this 5 stars.

The product arrived damaged. I reached out to customer service by replying to the delivery notification. Heard nothing. Was also lead to believe there would be more sounds and lights. For the money I paid, I expected to be much more impressed, or at least receive a clock that was not broken on arrival. Still waiting to hear back from customer service to see how they plan on making this right - why should I have to glue a $200 item together upon arrival?
