How can I note when what I ordered did not arrive but a Wall plaque came instead because of Some one that did not know the different of size & content of the shipment!!!! I did get a refund but I'm leary of ordering again!!

This is a gift for my grandson who is 7 and is a huge ghostbusters fan- I cannot edit to see his reaction on Christmas morning. I did open the box to look at it, the details are absolutely perfect. I cannot wait to hear the chime.

Bought this clock for my brother for his birthday. He is a Ghostbuster at heart. He absolutely loves it! The quality is wonderful. Worth every penny!

My son absolutely loves this clock. He's a big Ghostbuster's fan.
Music quality is not very good. Construction quality is not in line with price.
This clock is not what I expected at all. The quality is much lower for the cost that I paid. All of the functions work however, its a lightweight, thin plastic. Not worth the money.

Everything works and the colors are vibrant!
I love the clock, but for the money it is on the smaller size. Also would have been better if the speakers were forward facing so the sound is not muffled when on the wall. It is weird to have things hanging from the bottom that don't move.

My husband is a big fan of the Ghostbusters
Excellent product
For the amount that I paid with what is the normal price and then go get expedited shipping I was hoping that I would get the entire object as shown I was severely disappointed when I opened it up from the box to see that a vital part of the clock was missing. It was missing the ghostbusters logo pendulum that is shown in the picture but never came with my order. So I spent money to get most of the clock but not the entire thing? If there is a way for me to be able to have that part sent to me I would be happy I did spend extra money for it to come sooner but I feel ripped off. I have enclosed a pic to show the part is missing and arrived as in picture. I also sent a picture from your website showing what piece is missing

I love this clock. Purchased on a whim and totally worth the price. I love the chime on the hour and that it lights up.
