Not what I expected. I had to glue the H back on at the bottom. On and off for lights don't work all the time. Music is not loud at all cannot adjust. Will keep but disappointed in quality when compared to the price of it.

I liked the quality of the product and value for the price
Bought this for my daughter in law and it’s absolutely beautiful. She loves it!
Upon opening the hogwarts badge had came off(we glued it back) and some wires were not properly connected. Won’t be ordering from Bradford again

Still has not been received and now after multiple contacts it will not arrive till after Christmas. Customer Service is almost non existent

Not as quality as I expected.
Very nice. My wife LOVED it!
It was a bit pricey but very worth it. We got it for my son for his 30th Birthday. He really loved it. He has been a Harry Potter fan since he was 6 when the first movie came out. He has all the books & movies.
Loved the clock , it’s a Christmas gift for my nephew who is a Harry Potter fan
This is my 2nd one. Dropped 1st one changing the battery. Wife loves it. Works great and keeps time
Clock goes through batteries like water; high usage was not expected.

We love it! We already have two clocks from Bradford so my wife wanted this Harry Potter and honestly, I’m pleasantly surprised by the design and everything.

you customer service Is lacking in training, item arrived (pre packed) damaged clearly No damage to outer carton nor outer Styrofoam, Inside of Styrofoam crushed so was Harry Potters wand and paint chips by clock wanted an (Exchange out) so the handicap child did not think th clock was taken away from him your company has changed in the years you use to be High and sales and service Discussed

Is a simple resin cast with quality control issues. Inside is filled with webs of hot glue everywhere. The detail is not there close up. It's OK. But not worth $250.00 by any means

It came broken. You can tell they just left the broken piece on top of the clock after placing it in the box. It was just thrown in there, the broken piece was in the very back so unlikely to be broken in the process of delivery.
