I was so excited to get this clock for my husband, but when we open the box the quality was not there and what I was expecting. we had to glue pieces back together and the pendulum keeps falling off. And it takes batteries to operate. I guess I was expecting an actual coocoo clock

We thought it was made out of wood but it's made out of plastic. Also, the painting on the clock doesn't match each other. They're different shades and different colors. Not satisfied for the amount of money that we spent.

I bought this for my husband that loves anything John Wayne. It has a control for the sound, so if you don’t want to hear it loud you can turn it down. It has lights that show the Saloon and has an on/off switch for that. It takes 2-D batteries and 1-AA. We overlooked the AA battery and that makes the clock work, just letting others know just in case others may do the same. This is great for any John Wayne enthusiasts. It came packaged very well.

Well, you charged me more than what you originally told me you would sell it to me for then you fix that then after you fix that you send me a bill for something I already paid for and then I call and have that fixed, but I’ve yet to receive the clock. The clock was supposed to be here last Thursday and it’s still not here. I’m canceling all my sets and everything I have coming out of your business. I am no longer doing business with you guys unless my clock shows up and even then I doubt I’m gonna continue. This was supposed to be a fun, hobby and it’s turned into the biggest nightmare. Like the clock but when I received it the following items were broke off. John, himself, a barrel, a saloon door and the window frame on one of the windows.

We received a cat the first time however customer service was great and sent us the correct item quickly. However when the item arrvied, three pieces had fallen off and needs to be glued back on. I don't feel the item is worth the price paid based on the quality of product that arrived.
