Well, considering I received a small collectible cat statue INSTEAD of the cuckoo clock that I ordered, I can’t really review the clock. I can review the customer service I received. After several emails and waits on phone calls, I was told I’d get a refund once I returned the cat. They would not be able to expedite the shipping in time to get the clock to my dad who is retired, living in a retirement RV community, and doesn’t have a direct address during the winter months. So bummed because this was a very special gift for him.

The quality of workmanship is bad. The wood for the roofline is different lengths and the seams look horrible. For the money spent i expect much better craftsmanship.

The product was broken when my husband opened it. Thank you for ruining his Christmas gift. Once again, the products you sell look nothing like what you advertise! That's strike two. I think i will cut my losses & never order from you again.

We love the clock, a couple things that could be improved upon though. The clock dial/face should be illuminated so you can see the time without being 6" away from it. Also, I had trouble getting information on the width of the clock prior to ordering it, the specifications only list the height and depth.

I have ordered things from you before and they were beautiful and elegant the construction of the clock was very disappointing I definitely don't think it is worth what I payed for it I had to reglue some pieces and most of it is a cheesey plastic

Paid $200+ for this and when it got here things had been glued with a glue gun and had come off. We had to fix it. You would think that the quality would be better for the price and considering the brand name
