Product arrived undamaged and was fine. However, I paid for 2 - Day shipping and it took 6 days to get here. I paid an extra $21 in shipping fees to have it arrive on Friday before a holiday weekend. Instead of arriving on time, it didn't arrive until Tuesday following the holiday weekend. When I expressed my dissatisfaction to customer service, I was told weekends and holidays don't count towards the shipping and it arrived when it was supposed to. If this is the case, then why offer 2 - Day shipping and guarantee it to arrive on Friday.

The red bird was broken off. I glued it on. The shade is printed on two sides only. The plug you turn it on is acting like it is going to stop working. Not worth the money to me. Was disappointed. To submit this review i had to check a box to accept their terms and conditions. Do not know what they are.

It came broke. Fragile like it hasn’t been fired. Gave as a gift and am embarrassed. Bradford exchange is supposed to be high quality. Wal mart would be better. Paid for quality and got crap. Will send photos when i get lamp back from her
