I received the lamp with the lampshade damaged. The lamp was meant to be a Mother's Day gift. Spoke with customer service and was told that there was nothing that they could really do for me. So I packed it back up and returned it and asked for a refund which I have yet to receive from them. Overall experience...UNIMPRESSED. Probably wouldn't order anything from them again.

Lampshade is crooked because the support has a part that was welded on at an angle. I contacted Bradford for a replacement part but have not heard back from them. I expect better quality for a lamp that is $100 overpriced.

Very satisfied. My only comment is that the bulb supplied was not a "warm" color and was too high of a wattage. I replaced in with a led 40 watt equivalent with a 2700 deg K color.

Not very good product. The details were not very good and not even close to the picture. The wiring was messed up and the off/on is a button directly on the plug close to where it plugs into the outlet. I have to keep most of the plug rolled up on the table to get to the on/off. I tore everything out to replace the socket so I can turn it off and on at the bulb like most lamps.

Cannot rate product as it has not been received. Apparently I must wait a full month to even apply for a refund. It shows as shipped on January 4th but must be lost in the mail. Not a happy customer.

Lamp was beautiful, but flaw in one of the flowers at base of lamp. The lamp shade attachment wasn't welded on straight which made lamp shade tipped at unbalanced angle. Had to slide cardboard pieces between screw and lamp to make it level.
