This is a beautiful product. We have enjoyed it. Unfortunately the star on the top is not attached strongly and broke off when I went to the change the batteries. Is there a way to fix this problem?

I purchased this for my son who owns a pug. It is very cleverly put together. He loves it! Pugs are a unique breed, with unique personalities. They are hilarious, and this tree shows some of their poses and quirks.
This piece is absolutely amazing. Very detailed with cute little pugs crawling all over this tree. It has quickly become one of my favorite holiday pieces.
We were quite surprised how small it is. Also that it’s not a plug in, it uses batteries they have a tiny screw that holds the cover on. It’s so small we will have to purchase an eye glass repair screwdriver. Therefore we have not been able to open it to out batteries in it. We were unable to use it for the holiday this year
Lights are too bright. Need to be colored.

Still have not received the pug christmas tree. Never has issues with getting product from the company. Very disappointed
I did not expect the box to be smashed with a hole in it . The product was not damaged but for the money paid I expected the box to be reusable like your other products. Your products use to be fully packaged correctly you and for storage for future use .

This was a gift for my BFF. She’s into pugs. She has 3. She absolutely loves this tree. It is beautiful.
Love the detail on the different pugs.
Disappointing. The photo of the item depicted a better quality. While I appreciate the artistry, the resin is cheap looking and its appearance is worth only a third of what I paid.
