Pug tree was cute and well made. One problem: box that contained tree was flimsy! Was surprise that tree was not damaged. Box should be more durable. My daughter was ver happy to receive Pug tree!

Wrong product was received. Ordered above, but received the Michelle Obama snow globe instead. Completely unrelated produce snd price. Good thing I had delivered to my home and checked before gave as gift! Have no idea how such a mistake could happen. Has been returned, but waiting for refund.

I wouldn't know. Haven't recieved any of my items that were supposed to arrive by Sept 9th There is no communication from the company that it is delayed or what the issue is. Date of arrival keeps changing. Not one email from the company on the status but I sure get tons of emails to purchase from them.

Quality just isn't there like past products and I'm sure this one was made in China for the labor costs and mass production but its still a decent product. Shipping cost was excessive when compared to most items over $50 being shipped free in today's economy.
