I have seen all these Christmas trees with the lights but was hoping that one day one would be made with the bubble lights. We used to put bubble lights on our Christmas tree when we were kids. To have music with it is a plus.

Don’t advertise as a bubbly light tree. Unless the lights actually bubble.

Brings me back to my childhood christmas…..colors, the lights ornaments……and the songs!!! I especially liked that there are religious songs included also.,,,,

The product is of the quality that you expect from the Bradford exchange. My problem is/was the way it was packaged. It was packed so tight in the box that it came in that I broke a couple of pieces trying to get it out. But that’s what they make glue for!

Item never arrived. Your distribution center held onto it for nine days before it was picked up by USPS. Item was ordered on 12/1/25 and shipping label was created on 12/3/25. Item was not sent out from your facility unit 12/9/25. BE charged 19.95 for shipping and handling and I still haven't received this item as of 12/19/25. I spent over 45 minutes on hold with your customer service agent with no positive resolution. I will never purchase an item from BF again.

Ordered Nov. 30. It is Dec. 15 and my order is still not received. I have made several phone calls to customer service with no good results. What a poorly run company! No one cares that my order has not been received. BTW the tree is still for sale and promises to be received before Christmas if you order today.. How come they can't deliver in a timely manner for me? I thought this was a high quality company. I was wrong. I am incredibly disappointed.

I was disappointed that it came in two pieces the star portion came wrapped seperate. It may have said this would be in the add. If so I missed that. Otherwise the tree is very pretty and I like that it has a timer for the lights.

Tree is nice but lights go out after 1 hour. If this is normal it was never stated in the product description. Or is it a defect? I would not have bought it if I knew this in advance. The customer service was dismal as they could never explain this to me after 4 conversations with them.

This is very pretty but when it arrived the top bubble light doesn't work. Customer service was very quick to send me a return label for a replacement. Unfortunately I'm 68yrs with very limited computer knowledge and I have no printer.Have requested a paper return label through the mail.This seems like a good company with good products so hopefully they will send me a new return label.
