This is very pretty but when it arrived the top bubble light doesn't work. Customer service was very quick to send me a return label for a replacement. Unfortunately I'm 68yrs with very limited computer knowledge and I have no printer.Have requested a paper return label through the mail.This seems like a good company with good products so hopefully they will send me a new return label.

Nice tree. I got value for my money; but I don't believe it was a bargain.
I thought it had a timer on it so it would come on and shut off at the same time other that that it is beautiful.
The tree is beautiful when it is lit up as well as when it is not lit. Also pleased there are a number of Christmas carols that play.

I did not care for the fact that I can not keep it lit longer. When I emailed to get a refund i was told ok. For some reason Bradford can get ahold of me through my email to say i can return it but i can not get the paper through my email to return it. Something is suppose to come but in my town, with only 40,000 people, it takes 1 week to get a card so hard telling when I will receive it in the mail. I wish i could get it in my email.

I was sad to discover that the lights don't actually bubble. Other than that, it's a beautiful piece!

I am thoroughly disappointed. For the price and the ads for bubble lights, I thought they would be real bubble lights.

the music box is good
The top of the tree is broken. I have emailed customer service twice and was told that I would get a label to return it but the email with the label never arrives. I am stuck with an over $200 decoration that is broken. I will not be ordering from this company again.

Nice Tree, not comfortable with the removable star. We usually ruse original packaging so we won't be gluing it on. Over all I gave 3 to our adult children who hope will pass it down as a family heirloom. Of course we purchased one for ourselves.
The socket portion for the star is cracked in multiple places and some of the bubble lights barely light up and some dont light up at all. Very disappointed.
