ordered the item dec 7th 2 day pd $39.00 shipping to my cousin that just lost husband tragic.. cousin had not recieve, called today it was canceled for what reason wish i new why and i were not reinbursed $174.12 no e mail or call of cancel or out of stock had one last wish as i am slowly dying this is my last xmas sick to my stomache ive been ripped off by the bradford exchange...xmas say good bye to this sad year .. sadly to say gift was never recieved by cousin and no credit to original payment bradford or ebay they both say they dont have it or its out of stock until jan feb 2026 ordered on dec7th was in stock to be delivered dec 10th will never order from either ever again i wull be callin my attorney this is wrong on so many levels you cannot advertise a product then ripped them off no e mail of cancel or out of stock

A tree similar to this one without a ceramic base is only $24.99 at Walmart and you won’t have to pay exorbitant shipping charges to buy it. I would not waste my time nor money buying this tree.

It’s very pretty. Lights worked the first day then they quit. Batteries are good so I guess it shorted out. But the lights were too bright for the piece anyway.

It arrived in an extremely damaged box with an opening. It was then rewrapped with plastic and tape. There were no instructions for operation and no chord for recharging. I called an 800 Number and was supposed to be called back. No one ever called. Can this be fixed?
