The clock is well made but even though the face lights up you can not read what time it is the lights are more like a night light the hands should have the light in them

Very nice. Higher quality than most.
Just beautiful. Seems to have been made especially for my office wall. And with how my late wife believed in Cardinals being the sign of nearby Angels, it speaks for itself.
The clock is beautiful The shipping and taxes don't include an added on processing fee till after you pay it seems a bit shady. I probably won't buy another product from Bradford exchange.
Beautiful in size, and colour's of print on face of clock are grand. The illumination of outer clock face is splendid. Can not read the time on clock! The hands disappear with no outside light. I have no clock to read the time. I would have sent back, but the packing and box were recycled. Did I receive a defective clock?

clock is beautiful. if my wife could ever get any type of service i probably would buy more products. 6 calls this year to cancel her recurring order has been to no avail.

The time is off by two minutes. It lights up in the dark, but you can’t read the time.

When promo said it lights up at night, surprised to find out that the only thing illuminated is the numbers. Would have been nicer if hands also lit up, so you can see the time in the dark.

Very difficult to set clock for eastern standard time . Also 4 batteries at over $20.00 ? Why not electric for the price ? I was very disappointed

I purchased this as a 48th anniversary present. It didn’t work and I’m being told it will be 30 days to try and get another one. Why? I sent the clock back and you have my money. Why couldn’t you send me another as soon as you received the defective one? I might have been able to get it in time.

Poorly designed, because the background is dark and the hands are black, making it difficult to see the time and impossible to see it at night. I immediately, took the clock apart and painted the hands a fluorescent yellow, so they could be seen both at night and daytime. At night time your clock is simply an expensive nightlight as you cannot see what the time is I suggest you find a way to light the hands themselves, or at least paint them with a color that will show up in the dark.
