The clock is well built and nice looking. I wish that the background was a lighter color because it is hard to see the hands, especially at night when the lights are on in the clock. Is there any way to correct this problem?
When the clock lights up in the dark. The hands are black and can not tell what time it is . Not enough light.

Absolutely love this clock! Looks fabulous in my family room. A bit larger than I anticipated but worked out perfectly.
I love the clock. I love the lumination. Had it not been for what it is and the meaning of what the picture stands for. I probably would not have paid that kind of money. It wasn’t easy to get it going, had to do it several times and resetting it also. A little concerned when batteries go bad how it will work. We will see.
The clock is amazing & my wife loved the Cardinals!!
I would like it if the hands where lite and not just the numbers

Clock would not keep correct time. Even though it was radio controlled, every day it would be anywhere from 15 minutes fast to the next day being 20 minutes slow. But it is a very pretty clock! Sending it back for refund.

it is very dark and heavy and the bacjk keeps falling off....also it does light up BUT unfortunately the hands do not light up so it is worthless - you can' tell what time it is when the clock is lit up. It is solid and appears to be well made, but definitely not worth the price you are charging.

Update, I did finally get my full refund. Thank you Bradford Exchange for honoring your return policy. The clock is beautiful but didn't work. I tried it in many locations inside the house and outside and it would constantly reset the time to noon and not even on the hour. I returned the clock and have been waiting weeks for my refund.

Better than I expected! Nice ! Delivery time great even sooner than estimated.
Very satisfied with this product, but disappointed with the timeliness of delivery (not her yet) of the second piece.
I think it is beautiful, I like the lights when they light up at night...
I am disappointed that it takes such an unusual size battery. Having difficulty finding them. Would be nice if it took AA instead.
