looks pretty and sturdy but is entirely cheap plastic and light weight. 1st one came broken inside the bag, inside the foam and box. Box was fully intact so it was clearly broken upon packaging from production

It's really nice gift
I am very dissapointed with this whole transaction. Product received broken. Requested return label for replacement. Your company put the money paid back to my credit card. In communication, I requested replacement. Waited a week and contacted you regarding return. Again, on the return label, I checked replacement. Then I get an email that an invoice will be sent to me, which I received 2. I called the number on invoice and did an automated credit card payment. My bank thought it was fraud and did not let transaction go through. Contacted bank and said yes I ordered this. Waited a few days and called the phone number again and did the automated credit card payment again. This was a Father's Day gift and now I'm told I will not receive until June 29th. Needless to say, i will think twice before i order anything else agai from your company.

I ordered Navy Values Personalized Thermometer Clocks for my son's retirement from the Navy in NOVEMBER. I still have not received the product as you delivered it to a wrong address in Haslet, TX instead of Fort Worth, TX. It is currently being shipped back to you to be mailed out again to the correct address at 10601 White Settlement Road, Fort Worth, TX 76108. I'm not happy with your service and you have billed me and received your money, yet I have not gotten what I paid for! In addition, you are asking me to provide a review like you think you have completed your mission. You have no idea what is happening in your organization and I should retain an attorney!

Cheap plastic up top, on the name plate, and on the casing of the gauges. Absolutely NOT worth the money! Flags are fragile and will snap easily. Your name is cheaply screen printed on the cheap plastic banner. I am so disappointed and upset that I spent the money I did on this. For the price, this should be made of a quality metal with an engraved name. This was not cheap to buy. I should be reimbursed!

The clock hands are hard to see, they should have been a dark color so you can see the time without having to get up close to the clock

Very nice, sharp looking my husband really loves it.
I think it’s cool. It’s a great tribute. I like I was able to personalize my name.! Just not quite sure if I’m sold on the overall value at $146 with but it’s a beautiful piece. Will I buy something similar- maybe, those prices likely not!
