If I could rate 0 I would. It’s NOT a whole set I got just the front train part and it came broken. For $112 this is NOT what I expected - I expected the track and multiple cars. I’ve tried to return and they are not helpful via email. They told me it is a recurring fee every month to collect the whole train. Are you kidding me? lol no. Return. And once I said I wanted a return they stopped answering me. DO NOT BUY THIS. Maybe this will get their attention to give me a return now.

It’s a HO scale. It run on the track smoothly once you get all the wheels on the track. Wasn’t sure if the front wheel will go on the track but, once you have it on it glad on the track smoothly.
Terrible. For starters, I got shipped the wrong order. Then I get told that I won’t get the right item before Christmas.I even returned it back and instructed on the paper that that comes in the box that I wanted a refund. Then I find out that shipments of the my original order that I wanted before Christmas are still being shipped, and I don’t want them anymore. I just want my refund.

I only got the engine so far but it is very nice good quality can’t wait to get the rest
Having been new to purchasing from The Bradford Exchange, I totally misread the process of how to buy the train. I wanted to have this for my son for Christmas, I was just a little confused when just the steam engine arrived alone. The subsequent cars are “issued” later on with a subscription. I guess I’m just ignorant to how this company works, but in my opinion it seems very ridiculous that a product doesn’t just sell with all parts. Returned the Snoopy Steam Engine unfortunately. I should have read the reviews about not purchasing from this company!

The description implied it was a set. Now I have a locomotive with no track
I did not receive what was advertised. I only got the engine section of the train. Should have gotten two cars and track; which I have never received.
