Horrible quality for the cost- hundreds of dollars didn't even stay on the track to run, attempted to return- have had to call 5 times to try to get a refund and need to call back again as they still have not refunded the last part of the train. I would recommend people to not purchase from this company.

As of today 2/22/2021, all I have only received the engine. I don't know where the rest of the train is.

I'm still awaiting the rest of the train set and tracks. I just received the locomotive part. When will I be receiving the rest of the train set

The product itself is nice - the characters look good and it seems to be high-quality. The ordering method is confusing though - I thought I was ordering the entire set and was surprised to only get the first train in the mail. It's also not clear to me now how to order the rest of the set now that I have the first car. I was a bit disappointed to only get the first car since I was hoping to set up the train and use it on Christmas.

Very difficult to determine what your purchase includes. Customer served people do not even understand what items are out what is included. I'm returning item and never purchasing again from Bradford exchange

Honestly just bad marketing, it says train collection but it is just the locomotive with no tracks. It breaks it down into 3 sets but the site only sells the first edition and than a complete set. Why bother confusing people with misleading wording, would have just bought the whole set before hand. Now I got to figure out a new Christmas gift...

Was not clear that for the expensive cost, that you only get one part and nothing more.

It is an engine. It has some nice details like the cow catcher and snoopy driving. Really can't "do" anything with it at the moment since it isn't Christmas nor do I have any tracks to run it on. This is the first step in a life long journey in small train ownership. Boy, is MY wife gonna be surprised. I am sure the charm will increase with each successive part mailed out to me. Brand new floors, Balsam Hill tree and now this?? My Christmas is made.
