I really love the tree and the ornaments. I only wish the trunk and branches were brown, not the mustard yellow they are. In the photo advertising the tree, they are brown.

The actual tree part is an orangy color. Just looks very cheap. Husband wanted for Christmas and he was very disappointed with it.

I ordered this twice. First one the “bark” came yellow and poorly made, second one was orange. It looks nothing like the picture. The “bark” is thin colored paper wrapped around individual bent sticks. It will start to unwrap. Highly recommend not getting it

If I could give zero stars I would. This looks Nothing like the pictures, the color.of the tree is an orange not brown and the quality is something I could buy at a lower end store. It's disgraceful that Bradford Exchange sells this product at approx. $150.00 once you add in regular shipping costs. So disappointed that I didn't give it as the gift I intended to a family member. I would have been incredibly embarassed to give as a gift.

The tree doesn't look like the pictures. It definitely looks and feels cheaper than it was. I would have considered it an ok value at $40. It's definitely not worth the $110 i was charged.

This product was a complete disappointment. Even in the image they show here the tree bark is clearly brown. When the actual product arrived, the tree bark was a BRIGHT yellow. I also did not find the return process acceptable. It took 3 refund requests (with no response to 2 of them) to get the return instructions with a return label. When they did respond they said that there can be color variations. I understand that but not so drastic from brown to bright yellow. I've ordered from Bradford before but have not had to return. This return experience is making me rethink if I would ever order again.
