The tree does not look like it cost 100 dollars maybe 25. It does not stand straight and the tree is covered with brown masking tape green would of at least been better.

I can't review this purchase because I haven't received it yet. In fact, I'm wondering if I WILL receive it. The tracking information says it was originally shipped from your Illinois location on November 24th, and had reached my local USPS sorting facility on November 28th. This is followed in the "shipment progress" info by ANOTHER notation listing it being "received for processing" at your Illinois plant on November 29th!! Are you people shipping me two of the same item? Are you going to charge me twice?!! Or is there a mistake in the tracking info? I'm going to wait and see if I get this item in the next few days (Christmas is coming and I'd hoped to have it delivered by now); if not, you can expect to hear from me :-(

I have yet to receive the tree. Instead of sending me the peanuts tree, you sent me a Thomas Kincade ornament and charged me for the tree. I am VERY displeased. I am doubting that I will ever receive the tree. I will not be ordering anything else from you company.

I ordered this tree expecting the one in the picture. I received the yellow one in the pictures. So I emailed the company, and was basically told if I'm not happy with it, it can be returned or swapped out, but basically told it was a 3 week process to exchange, kind of felt like this person couldn't care, and took zero responsibility for the clearly faulty product. So my best advice is do not buy this tree.

The item received did not match the picture on the website. The website shows a brown trunk like tree, but the item I received the trunk was wrapped paper. It seemed as if the paper needed to be removed to get to the underneath tree that is shown on the website, but that is not the case. It also shows on the picture the red ornament on a branch that hangs longer than the rest of the branches like a real Charlie brown tree, but the item I received the top branch was the shortest branch on the tree.

Not what was pictured. Looks like a tree made with masking tape. Picture looks like plastic wood like finish not paper. Not worth more than $50.

Actually I was disappointed in the quality of tree. The ornaments are first rate and very nice, but the tree did not meet up to the standards I expected from Bradford. The vegetation was not of any type indicative of any evergreen. Considering all the material available for wreaths and Christmas trees, you'd think they could have used something more realistic. I redid the tree using parts from one of my wreaths, I used spackling to cover the obvious tape and repainted it a more true evergreen color. The way it is now is what I would have expected from Bradford.
