I never received the item. It's been almost 3 weeks. I have to wait til Monday to file a dispute with my credit card. There is no tracking information at all. BBB does not give them a good review. Stay away from the Bradford Exchange. DO NOT ORDER FROM THE BRADFORD EXCHANGE!!!

This is a beautiful piece. Except for the fact that the picture shows all lights on and really only two will light. I contacted Bradford about the plug in on the crossings side. They said that they had no info on this plug in and that the pictures does show all lights on but really only two lights go on.

Nice product, I like it a lot. The only thing is the railing of the right outer side is bent in. But, can be repaired. I should be able to fine someone to repair it before the holly days start. I'll handle it...

The craftsmanship on this piece is wonderful. However the lanterns will not stay lit for long (25 min) tops. It has a place for an adapter to plug in, but does not come with product as I was told they don't have them which for Bradford is the first. Also states comes with certificate not the case again unlike Bradford. All their pieces come with certificate of authentication but not this one. Sadly disappointed. 😥
