Attractive. Adds to set-up. Good quality.
I can't leave a review because it has not yet arrived. Order placed on Dec. 2 and shipped on Dec.3. Almost 2 weeks and everytime I check the tracking It says it was turned over to Pitney Bowes on the 6th somewhere in Indiana. I have contacted custommer service and no response. Buyer beware.

perfect on track and looks great
Arrived but lights never worked. This was a gift and the recipients had to call me, I had to call in twice and speak with someone I could not understand. It was a long and difficult conversation. The item had to be shipped back by the recipients, and now we have to wait until it is received and then a second is supposed to be sent. VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. The item should have been immediately replaced and the return broken piece could have been picked at the same rather than put the burden on the customer.

The bridge looks very nice on train layout Sadly the lights stopped working almost immediately either they are defective or the battery was bad. I would hope at minimum I would receive a battery replacement if that is the issue. Thank Jeff
