Product is good. Have not run it yet-Christmas present, also have not received last car. I am being over charged, paid full price and shipping with order ($113.64) yet am being charged $37.88 with each shipment. Representative on phone continually indicated both payments were correct. Ad indicates three payments of $29.95 + tax/shipping = $37.88. This amount times 3 is $113.64.

I think this product is over priced for being so cheap looking and when I bought this train I thought it was the whole train not just the engine

Shady business practices. The total amount listed on the listing and checkout are for a single item; it is not made immediately apparent that the customer is purchasing a subscription as the total price listed is only for one item. Any legitimate business should list the full amount the customer is responsible for in clear, up front language, not ticket away in the fine print/collapsible description of the item. I got in touch with the customer service line when another charge appeared on 12/26 and requested immediate cancellation however another item was still shipped out the next day and charged with a total in excess of $100 USD when all I had initially authorized was a single, one-time payment (again, the subscription is hidden under a collapsible description of the item and the only price listen both in the item and during checkout are for only one item). There is a class action lawsuit ongoing against this company for this exact issue. Regardless of good service in the past this is a predatory manner in which to operate a business. One star added because the customer service line has been polite every time I have spoken with them.

The smokestack and bell were not attached to the engine. Should it be that way?? Otherwise, it is a very nice piece.
