Beautiful work
The train arrived in great condition however it very remotely represents the product pictured. The paint scheme is different and does not look like the one pictured. Definitely lesser quality than the one shown to purchase. The front end design is different also.

I returned it. Never even opened it. I cancelled the order and you still sent it. I ordered the wrong train. But I'm not ordering the correct one until I get my money back from that one. You have terrible customer service.

Very poor quality…have asked for a return label and refund three times now and no one has contacted me So I just got a canned response to reach out and they will take care of , apparently they didn’t actually read this review as I have already reached out three times BUYER BEWARE THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!

Never got the item - cancelled 11.22.21 Ordered November 2 and unable to track. Customer service terrible. Stated I had to wait a month and contact them if the package did not arrive. Ordered for Christmas - unable to wait to think it may arrive before Christmas - so disappointing Poor choice of shipping partners - you may loose more customers.

Amazing, love every detail. Exceeded my expectations. Worth every detail.
Only the engine has some metal everything else is plastic. Not worth the close to $90 paid initially & the subsequent $80. The ad displays a better quality looking picture. Too much money for plastic. Don’t waste your money nor your time.
