The box seemed cheaply made...not big...not sturdy. I guess I was expecting real solid wood that was bigger in dimensions. I feel like I should have gotten more for 100 plus bucks. Anyway wasn't really impressed.

I haven't gotten anything I've ordered, and not even a shipment notification that they've been shipped or delivered. It's been over a month. So Maybe figure out what happened with my order and contact me/send me my items, or refund me so I can give a proper review.

Wood product was nice, but unfortunately the poem and certificate did not arrive with the product. Customer service indicated they will be sent, but will take an additional 4-6 weeks to arrive, making this a 12 week delivery item. Plan way in advance.

One star for False Advertising and Incomplete. False advertising -Yes, the compass is a real, working compass but you cannot remove it from the box. You can view the compass through the glass shadow-box lid but the advertisement fails to show that when you open the lid, the box is empty. The compass is inside the lid, not inside the box, and you cannot remove it. Incomplete: The advertised "Son, ForgeYour Path" poem card on business card stock, was missing, nothing was inside the box. Also missing: the Certificate of Authenticity was missing from the package. The only paper was the return-to-sender paper. It was to be a special milestone gift and too late to return to the sender to replace the gift. In addition, I was disappointed to receive the package, mailed without a shipping box. It was simply packed in molded Styrofoam, taped with packing tape and a shipping label slapped on. I believe this was a returned product, probably due to the false advertising, and that is why the special card, the certificate of authenticity, and the outer box were missing. The year before I had purchased a special milestone gift for my daughter, Loving Wishes For My Daughter Heirloom Porcelain Musical Jar, that arrived with the music box damaged and too late to replace it. The music box is in the jar lid, the covering was tilted, with a scrape in the cloth-covered cardboard, and the turnkey was jammed and would not turn. This was not damage done during shipment. The cover was separately wrapped in plastic and well-protected by Styrofoam. This damage had to have been done before it was packaged at the warehouse. My daughter has a lovely jar with a non-working music box and my son has an empty box with a purely decorative compass and not even a poem card to put inside it. I will not order from this company again.

This was a gift for my sons birthday and when i received it, not only was poem not included as promised but it is not real wood and the compass was broken off when it arrived, was promised replacement and still waiting for it to arrive, truly disappointed
