Clock arrived with several broken pieces. I still haven’t received my replacement. I paid in full for the clock. And it don’t work and many pieces are broken in the box. I really thought highly of the Bradford exchange till I received this broken clock. If you want to do the right thing. Send me a new clock that’s not broken. Chris Iacovetti 219-776-7885

Very heavy good quality, craftsmanship is beautiful. Better instructions should be provided with product as to which switch does what.
To be completly honest I’m upset and probably will not purchase another item. I had a free shipping code that I forgot to enter, and when I called I was told they weren’t able to use it for me . Secondly there is a small chip in paint on the base of the clock.. so yes I’m a bit upset

Paid $51 for 2 day shipping said it would be delivered Friday the 6th in time for my wife’s birthday. Didn’t bother shipping it until the 9th so I wasted $51 on 2 day shipping and ruined my wife’s birthday surprise don’t trust this company to ship anything on time shipper did there part on time seller dropped the ball

This works fine but was purchased to replace one bought less than a year ago on which the cuckoo mechanism stopped working. Poor quality control.

I gave this a 4-star rating because it is a Christmas gift, and I could only view it inside the box. What I can say is that it is packaged very well and is very impressive looking. The characters look exactly like they do in the movie.
Very disappointing clock part didn't even work. So much for rigorous testing. Now I have to send it back and wait months to get a replacement.

Love the clock but you can barely hear the chime, disappointed in that especially for the price.
Bought as a gift but the person I bought it for won't get it till May.
I love this clock great size great value just overall a wonderful clock. However I gave it a lower rating just for the fact of its missing Oogie Boogie. Being such an awesome character he should have been on the clock.
I love it so worth it.
The clock doesn't work. The time doesn't tell and the music doesn't work.
