Interesting that the maker went to all the trouble to make a cool piece, but so cheaply. One of my hanging pieces was snapped off when I received the product. I also don't understand why the dog does not bark out the time like a cuckoo clock bird does. I wish the music went a bit longer. But as to the price for the piece, gosh, not sure about that.

I received the clock with two broken pieces. For the price of this, everything should be packed tight so nothing can break. I'm still unfortunately trying to get this corrected but don't feel there's a sense of urgency to help me get a new one. I'm so disappointed. My husband has been wanting this for a couple years and I finally decided to buy it for him for his birthday and don't have one to give him in two weeks.

My clock came to me in the package and was in foam but was broken in 2 spots and one if the lights doesn't work. I just glued it back together myself, and will just deal with the light not working because I was disappointed with the product and probably won't order from you again.

I never received it so I was given a refund. I would have liked to have gotten the clock but they treated me right and refunded my money.
