Arrived damaged called first thing in morning. Customer service agent stated a replacement would be shipped out that day. Never happened called back next day to follow up had to re order again. Second customer service representative was very nice and apologized for the mistake.

Never received. i have conformation page and order number proving its paid for. and they claim i never paid for it. yet i got an email saying “ Please Rate Your Product from The Bradford Exchange”.

I received a product paid extra to have it shipped in two days, and it came broke. Not very happy. I’ve already sent it back so I can’t send you a photo however, we’ll see how the return goes being that the holidays and I might disabled gentleman with very limited funds put a damper on my gifts giving.

Its cute but not very well made. the thinner parts are not made to withstand even a slight touch - Lucy's sign snapped off

I was so surprised when I saw the lousy craftmanship with this tree. All the bulbs are right on top of the figures. Whoever decorated this tree looked like an elementary school child did it. I bought two of your products this year and I have never been more disappointed or just surprised at the lack of attention paid to this gift. We laughedabout it but I was truly embarressed to give this as a gift. I am at work so cannot leave a pic but I can send one if you send me another email. Thanks

Well it was a Christmas gift and when opened by my friend the tree trunk was broken . I re-ordered the product and was told 5-9 business days . Hopefully the second tree will NOT be broken ??

It is very nice, however it arrived with one of the ornaments broken.

The product is beautiful but the packing caused the branches and ornaments to be smashed to one side. So I had to straighten some of them out which caused the branches to loose the artificial snow.

Where is the adapter so you can turn on the lights. My ornaments were all hung to the back of the tree when I went to straighten out the tree all the flake No fell on the table. Love the characters tree looks cheap
