Arrived damaged and upon inspection, the item is flimsy above the base and not at all sturdy. I wanted refund but my spouse convinced me to return and exchange for a new one

The packaging was difficult to remove based on the delicate design. The item had multiple broken ornaments. Rather disappointing for a product purchased from the Bradford exchange

Base of the tree was missing pieces, and the base itself was cracked in a couple of places.

There is no power cord. Batteries do not last long.

The lights don't stay on and it takes a while before the lights even come on. It has a plug for a cord but I didn't receive a cord . Other than that, it was ok.

I returned this product .. it did not look like the picture .. figures did not hang correctly on tree and tree was very flimsy .. I am still waiting for my credit

Product is good but packaging could be better as my tree arrived with one ornament broken.

Some of the ornaments don’t hang as well as they should
Not as nice as I was expecting. The paint/plaster had even flaked off the tree in spots. It’s cute… just not the quality I expected.
