Bought this for my 82 year old mother. She was very excited when opening, however to me, since I saw the ad that made me buy it, I felt that the actual item was underwhelming in person. The flocking was chipping off the tree. The switch was pushed way in and did not function properly. Customer service offered me a label to ship back the item (4-6 weeks) and then they would send the replacement. I said that would not work as the intent was to enjoy it before the holiday. They shipped me a new tree. The new tree has a great switch but the flocking is coming off the tree and you can see the plastic trunk in several places. Back it will go. Poor quality compared to the cost. Tree is very cute though.
