Was supposed to arrive before Christmas! As of yesterday the automated phone system it indicated it had shipped and would arrive on 12/18/2020! After receiving this email I went to check on the phone service again and then they said it’s not gonna be delivered until February which I think is out rages for a Christmas present that was promised before Christmas so that’s why I gave such low ratings!
