It was broken when i got it. And the lights didn't all work

One of the branches is loose or almost broken. I thought it was ceramic but it's some kind of paper tape substance wrapped to make the tree.

I will be returning this for full refund. Several of the ornaments were in pieces and definitely nothing I would put on display. I have previously thought your merchandise was reasonable. This will need a different destination.
