Not a great experience so far. Placed the order over 8 days ago, paid for the expedited shipping of two days and until not I have not seen the order.

Poor quality track system, poor quality cars with plastic wheels, no real Christmas imagery on the cars. The delivery was great but for $200 the product should be better quality, it is not a child's toy.

Product OK. This review is more about Bradford Exchange than the product. One of the cars was lit intermittently at best. Bradford Exchange would not replace the single car and wanted to swap out entire set. This would have be okay, but they wanted the original set back first. This was not acceptable as the train set was purchased to go around a Christmas tree and by the time I would have returned it and had the new one shipped, Christmas would likely have come and gone. I will not be dealing with Bradford Exchange again.

Very disappointed in the quality of this for the price. Train would not stay on the track, almost all plastic with stickers. I expected it to be much better quality.

This product is very cheap. It is not worth $300 and i intend on returning it. It does not meet expectations I have from your company. This traIn is worth maybe $100.

took time to figure out setting the wheels right on the track so would not have any derails but very nice train.

Looks good but couplers are cheaply made. Just received caboose; the personal name was made with cheep tape and affixed to side. One side was not even straight. Caboose does not light up like other train cars . Did purchase the four houses and I am very satisfied with them.

Great train set, goes very will with my Christmas village
We have worked hours on the track and the train still won't run around the track. We are considering returning it.

It had pieces missing I returned the item same day all of what they sent me. They would not send me what I was missing. I’ve returned the item to hear nothing from them sent a email Friday and still no reply on new shipment or what.
