This is my first experience with the Bradford exchange. I have not yet received this item despite paying the higher premium so that I could receive before Christmas…I emailed customer support and have yet to hear back… This has been the most disappointing experience I’ve ever had shopping online. I can not endorse Bradford exchange or it’s product. Update …..I am now receiving extra charges billed to my PayPal, for what I don’t know…do not buy from this company …. No product received and additional charges above and beyond the price of the product on top of the extra shipping charges to get before Christmas and still no product ….I am beyond frustrated!!!!!

This is the second time in a row I purchased an item from your web site and only not to get it in time for my wife for Christmas. I paid for the express shipping and still not here. It is unfortunate that I will no longer order from this site, and my wife is a huge Disney fan. I thought this would have been a great resource for product. Still waiting on the package one week later passed due date and know one knows where it is.

Good quality but the pictures make the characters look much larger than they really are. You almost need a magnifying glass to recognize the characters. Otherwise it's a nice bracelet.

It runs very large and doesn't look as nice as i thought. I an trying to return it but have found my responses from customer service very slow and have not seen any follow through with email I was told was sent 3 days ago
