The characters in the enamel are poorly defined and look like blobs as opposed to Disney characters. The clasp was difficult to negotiate. I am waiting to return it.

Dealing with your company has been the worst experience I’ve ever had buying online. I still don’t have the Bracelet when I specifically paid extra to have it here by May 6th. I called your customer support and they hung up on me. Very very disappointed. I wrote you an email which was obviously ignored or you would not have asked me to review this product prior to me even receiving it. You lied about when it would be here, but you sure took my money. I was planning to buy another item, but after this terrible experience I will not be using your company again. Would have been nice to not be hung up on or have my email acknowledged!

I bought this bracelet for my sister-in-law who is a first grade teacher. She and her husband down to Disney World Orlando and her favorite character besides Mickey Mouse is Goofy. She absolutely loves the bracelet and her students love it.

It is a beautiful and stunning piece of jewelry. It was, however much larger than anticipated, and almost 3/4” too large for my average wrist, it is somewhat heavy.
