I was expecting to better quality. The clips on 2 birds had fallen off and 1 was loose. Lights were not evenly distributed and so much snow on that you had trouble telling color of berries.

Three of the cardinals had the clips detached when I opened their wrapping. Super glue to the rescue. The flocking comes off easily when the tree is moved, e.g. when lifted to turn on light switch. The latter would be much better if it were on the side or back of the base where it would be easily reachable. It IS pretty tho .
This tree was a big disappointment. It has only 4 birds in the decoration and very few lights. I don’t know if the lights are LED’s or not. If they aren’t the three AA batteries won’t last. I didn’t mind paying the higher price for the Bradford quality, but I am disappointed that I didn’t receive it.

That’s was a present for my mother in low and she love it .
Could have used more lights and a tree topper. Plus the on/off button should have been NOT been on the bottom.

it being able to send a card with the present was INFURIATING
This tabletop tree is beautiful. BUT it is flimsy. Wobbles in it's vase. On three out of the four cardinals, the clip that attaches them to the tree had already fallen off.

This for sure was NOT woth the price I paid! I’m very disappointed with my purchase. The birds are nice but the tree looks like I bought it at the dollar store.

Very delicate and pretty
False advertising, was not even close to what you show to purchase , see below, what I ordered 1st pic, 2nd and 3rd, what I got! Disgraceful, sent back!!

Wonderful tree on my table
I was a bit disappointed. I was expecting it to look more fully decorated like it's picture, but it wasn't. I had to add additional lights and ornaments to fill in a lot of vacant spaces. It now looks good now, but still not as pretty as the picture. If it wasn't so expensive, I wouldn't have felt so let down. My husband was on board with the tree until it arrived and he felt the same as me. He wanted to return it but I told him I would make it look better.
Delivered with a broken Cardinal in order to get the item replaced needed to return the whole order. Found that a little annoying to do. Kept the order as is.
This Christmas Tree is beautiful!! Looks snow covered with lights. The birds on the stand and branches look amazing!! Very well made product!!
