The tree itself is very nice. That being said it is very hard to put the cardinals on the tree, took me quite a while & I have small hands. Also the lights are put on the tree horribly. They are mostly bunched together & when you turn them on they are so bright that all you see are the lights & not the tree or cardinals. Have bought quite a bit from you over the years & I have always been very satisfied but am very dissatisfied with this. Will be returning it.

It's not that I'm displeased with this product but I have the smaller tree which has a beautiful china/porcelain base and it looks more to be a higher quality when compared to the larger one, When you put them side by side you can really tell the difference. This is my fifth tree so obviously I love them and the companies merchandise. I just wish the base was the same as the smaller one.

This tree is very pretty but I wish the flocking didn't fall off so easy - I am anticipating a mess when setting up for the holidays. I would have liked a start on top of the tree too - just looks a little bare to me. I love Bradford's items - I just wish they weren't so expensive.

I was so pleased with my purchase when it arrived! It was very well packed & nothing was damaged even though the box corner had been torn open. When my Great Grandson stopped by to spend the weekend with me he wanted to know where the birds were? I told him that was all that was in the box; so he called them and they had him send the tree back as the Cardinals were suppose too be in the box too! I figured that they were just pictured for show only. I am very glad that my name sake is always around too watch over his old Grand Dad!

Lighting was not good... lights bunched up in places lots of dark spots and not evenly spaced... birds were difficult to attach. spray snow covered up too much of tree. worth $50 ,not $191

This was no way a $200 item. The switch on the bottom makes no sense. You have to lift it up to turn on each time. It's cute but not worth the money
