I ordered a Rowlinson Tuscan 2 seater bench. This bench was delivered as a flat pack. I was fully expecting a fully made-up bench. No where against the product did it state that any assembly would be required. Very disappointing

Brilliant service. Ordered a shed on Monday afternoon and was delivered on Wednesday morning. Exceptional service and during the enquiry stage the sales team were extremely helpful and called me back to let me know if it was in stock.

Great service. Wasn't sure if they would find the delivery location as it was a small road to the back of our property. Was prepared to give driver instructions but had a phone call to say he had arrived.

Had what I wanted and super quick service

Simple purchase, easy delivery, perfect product.

Firstly, I ordered an amount of fencing materials online. The posts, capping rails, post tops, feather boards etc, a separate fence panel and 4 bags of postcrete were all ordered and set for delivery. However, the website stated that the arris rails were 'not available for delivery' and only by 'click and collect'.
Having no other option, I had to order them (in the same cart ) via the C&C method.
When the rest of the materials were delivered, a couple of days later, I asked the driver why the arris rails were only available on click and collect? He said "there's no reason why they should be, as we have got loads of them in stock ".
When I went to collect the arris rails, I once again asked the teenage cashier, why this was the case? She shrugged her shoulders and simply said "Dunno!". That was all the answer I got. Not even an apology!

Secondly, one of the bags of postcrete, that had been delivered, had partly gone off in the bag. So I took the bag back, at the same time that I went to collect the arris rails back, to exchange it. I was told, 'we haven't got any in stock'.

Finally, I asked if they had any arris rail brackets, as I'd forgotten to order them.
She said 'I've got three'. I needed 8
So overall, a very disappointing experience.

Have used Bradfords a few times now, I have found the service to be outstanding for all my orders. The communication is spot on and they are always willing to accommodate my delivery instructions.

Can't fault the service with Bradfords. First time I've used them and will do again. Website easy to use, communication via e mail or telephone very good and delivery done without any issues. Very impressed with the materials, a good standard and value for money.
