Bradfords took an order online but the local store immediately phoned to say that they had just sold out and offered a substitute of a colour we did not want. We reused this and the PayPal payment has been returned. The local store were most helpful

Brilliant service
Ordered on line, Exmouth Branch were brilliant , very quick to phone and arrange delivery. One item was out of stock and they worked hard to obtain it for me. Delivery drivers both excellent managed to deliver down the service lane as it was just wide enough for them. everyone was very helpful

Excellent customer service and care
Despite limitations as a result of the pandemic, Bradford’s provided an excellent level of service. The branch had difficulties getting supplies in of the materials I needed but kept in contact until they managed to provide them and a delivery date. On arrival the delivery driver was unable to take his lorry up our street so returned to the depot and brought the materials out in a van - polite, efficient - exceptional service!
