They had the specialist wood paint I wanted in stock and were very helpful when I arrived to collect.

I ordered 10 x 5 litre cans of Cuprinol Ducksback fence paint. The price was very competitive. They were dispatched the same day and delivered (partially) the following day. Each can was wrapped in a sealed polythene bag and then encased in a stout cardboard box with "egg carton" protectors top and bottom. Each box was labelled "FRAGILE" and "THIS WAY UP".
Unfortunately the couriers took little notice of what was written on the boxes. The 10 boxes arrived in three separate deliveries over the course of two days, despite clear markings on each box that it was one of a set of 10. When I opened the boxes I discovered that in two boxes the lids had come off the cans due to rough handling and the contents had spilled out. In one case all the paint was still contained within the polythene bag, in the other it had leaked out of the bag and filled the bottom "egg carton". What a mess! It took me an hour and a half to clean it all up.
I cannot put any blame on Bradfords, but maybe Cuprinol need to make the lids a tighter fit or else attach security clips and/or reinforced sellotape to stop the lids coming off.

This was the first time I had been to this Branch and Paul in particular was extremely friendly, welcoming and efficient.
I will certainly return.

Most of the items were out of stock when I ordered, but everything arrived only two days later. I was really impressed.

Quick and easy order on line. Staff super helpful in store because I had ordered the wrong thing. Would have been 5 stars if the on line process had made it clear that the products were ready to pick up - I had to call the store to check as I wasn't sure. Nothing too much trouble in the store, they are a credit to you 👏

Dumpy bag of gravel arrived during time slot given . Very obliging driver positioned it exactly where it was required.

Questionable service and questionable quality of timber. Purchased 4x4 pse timber and couple of days later it was warped. I mean warped which is unusual for timber of this thickness.

Not used Bradfords before , but they had the Makitta angle grinder i needed so i ordered. Very impressed with the fast despatch and turnaround of my order and would not hesitate to use again.

Very friendly, efficient and socially distant delivery of cement and sand. The driver turned up in the allotted time period, drove to where we needed our supplies dropped, and unloaded where we wanted them.

Ordered decking weeks ago. Had no communication at all from bradfords since ordered placed. Even called the local Taunton depot to find our what was happening over a week later I was assured I would recieve a call back and I'm still waiting 2 weeks later.

After placing the order I found myself chasing it up a week later as no contact from the company. Turns out that they didn’t have the items in stock and had failed to let me know. Left me then desperately trying to find alternatives in time for our kitchen refit.
